What if I am not satisfied with my
purchase?
If for some reason your are not satisfied with your order you may
return your purchase for a
full refund within 5 working days, less
shipping and handling, usually around $4.00.

know what the problem is. I am sure we can make you satisfied.
What if I ordered the wrong size ring?
You can exchange your ring for a different size with no problems. Just
ship your ring back to
us and include $4.00 for return shipping and
handling.
PLEASE use a padded envelope, DO NOT use a regular envelope.
The machines
at the post office will tear the envelope and lose the ring.
It is your
responsibility to get the ring to us safely.
